Our Client is a School that is in special measures that has a string leadership team in place to bring it to good. The School is in a area of high unemployment and is multicultural diverse.

The School has decided to make the class sizes smaller so the classes will only have 20 children in and there will be support from a Teaching Assistant. Then in the afternoon the successful candidate will be covering management time. This is a new role and ideally they are looking for a strong teacher. There is some planning but it will be minimal as it is shared between four Teachers.

The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management and up to date curriculum knowledge. They will want to make a difference and be passtionate about Teaching. Candidates must be QTS qualified and have completed their induction. The role is to continue until the end of the summer term.

The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of up to £161 per day, continued professional development and the opportunity of working with a family run agency that counts you as a person not just a number.
