Flourish Education are currently looking for experienced education professionals to regularly deliver afterschool clubs in Primary Schools located in Droitwich and Bromsgrove areas.

The role will require supervising the children whilst delivering fun and engaging activities. Other activities may include; helping children with homework, spellings or other school related activities. Candidates would need to be regularly available between 3pm and 6pm.

To apply to this role you will need the following

·         Minimum NVQ Level 2 Qualification

·         Experience of working within an education setting

·         Fun and caring personality

Responsibilities

As an afterschool club assistant your duties will include;

• Ability to work with enthusiasm and create a fun environment
• Deliver fun and engaging activities for the children
• Help the children with any work they need to complete, such as spellings.
• Work on a one to one or group basis with children
