Flourish Education are working with a school in Coventry who are currently recruiting for EAL Assistants to work with pupils in key stages 3 and 4.  This is a fast improving school, with a supportive head where the ethos of the school is to support the children in achieving their goals.  The departments are very supportive and training is provided regularly for staff to be able to support the pupils and provide the pupils with the best education possible.

The school are looking to appoint an EAL Assistant to support pupils within key stages 3 and 4.  They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic understanding and committed to supporting pupils throughout their time at the school

This is a full time role starting Jan 2018

To apply for the role you will need the following:

·         School experience

·         Experience in the role of EAL

Responsibilities

Within this role you will be responsible for

·         Supporting pupils in key stages 3 and 4 with their work

·         Able to demonstrate students progression in all lessons for abilities

·         Manage behaviour as per the school guidelines
