Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a School in Perry Barr and they are looking for a English Intervention Teacher to join their team.

The school we are working with is a large Academy and they do a lot of intervention work with all of their pupils to ensure they are helping both the lower ability and gifted and talented students.

The role will involve some class teaching but mainly intervention work in wither small groups or 1:!. The role will involve lunchtime intervention sessions as well as after school sessions.

To be considered for this position you will be:

• A Specialist English Teacher
• Able to demonstrate working at secondary levels Key Stage 3,4 and 5
• Able to demonstrate real value and talent in teaching this subject.
• Able to show a desire to get the best out of each pupil.
• Able to take initiative when working in a team or on your own

For this role the school is looking for qualified teachers with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
