Flourish Education are currently recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary school who have a strong, consistent and friendly team in place, who are seeking to appoint an EYFS Lead Teacher for a permanent position to start in September 2018.

The school is a forward-thinking, vibrant school. They are especially proud of the quality of professional development offered in the school.  They are looking for somebody that is genuinely passionate about the Early Years and has the ability to lead their Reception team. They are looking for someone who is willing to challenge their own work and be strategic in developing an engaging curriculum across the three reception classes. The role is class based with dedicated leadership time implemented into your school week.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Have previous experience as an EYFS Leader
• Have a proven track record of successfully implementing positive progression and engaging plans across the stage
• Be able to provide a minimum of 2 years’ worth of good references
• Demonstrate the leadership potential, management skills and curriculum vision necessary to provide a high quality learning experience for our children in Reception
• Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour

Responsibilities

You must be enthusiastic, motivated to want the best for their children and enjoy developing curriculum opportunities and community partnerships. You will be responsible for promoting the principles of equality, inclusion and diversity and must foster excellent relationships between parents, carers and the community. As well as, being responsible for the leading of the foundation stage.
