Flourish Education are recruiting on behalf of our client, Primary School based in Great Barr, Birmingham who are looking for an EYFS Teacher to cover from December until the end of the academic year.

The school is a 2-form entry and therefore planning is shared however full class teacher duties are required for the duration of the role. This has been graded a ‘good’ school and is a perfect opportunity for a committed and passionate teacher to make an impact and contribute towards the school’s continuing progression towards becoming ‘outstanding’.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• QTS or equivalent, NQT’s are encouraged to apply
• Experience teaching in EYFS is essential

• Be able to provide a minimum of two years’ worth of ‘Good’ references
• Engaging teaching style

Responsibilities

• Full class teacher duties
• Attend staff training, meetings and parent meetings
• To deliver creative and engaging lessons to the Early Years classes
• To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant
• To effectively manage the behaviour and track the progress of pupils
• To differentiate to accommodate all levels of learning
