Flourish Education is working with a small one form entry Primary School located not far from Worcester city centre. The school has received positive feedback from parents and was graded as ‘Good’ in the latest OFSTED report.

Flourish Education are recruiting for a teaching assistant to join the school on a long-term basis and work as a general class TA in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. The role would include working with the full class as well as with small groups with varying abilities. The role is looking to start after October half term.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Relevant Level 3 qualification or above
• At least 1 year of experience within Primary Schools
• Experience of working on a 1:1 or group basis is an advantage
• A good reference from your most recent school
• Good behaviour management

Responsibilities

• To work in partnership with the class teacher
• To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
• Encourage children’s development and improve their access to the curriculum
