We have a school in Dudley looking for a Geography teacher to start in January. This position is a long term supply role teaching KS3 & KS4 Geography.

This school will become an academy in September and is part of a brand new multi academy trust so it is an exciting time to join them. They will be working very closely with other local schools in the future.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Qualified Teacher status (QTS) – NQT’s are encouraged to apply
• Able to teach Geography at KS3 & KS4
• Strong behaviour management
• A reference from your last post as a Geography Teacher

Responsibilities

As a Geography Teacher you will be expected to:

• Plan creative and engaging lessons for KS3 & KS4 Geography
• Provide strong management in the classroom
• Differentiate lessons and use strategies to aid students of varying abilities
• Help children with SEN achieve through targeted learning
• Follow the policies and procedures of the school
