Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a junior school located in Walsall.

The successful individual will be joining a class in KS2 based on the school's need. You will have the opportunity to progress further through the instruction of an outstanding mentor .

This school is a 2-form entry junior situated in a residential area serving the immediate area. The school also attracts families from outside the locality and is easily accessible for all forms of public transport. The school has a good reputation with a real community feel.

In its most recent Ofsted report the school was graded as “requires improvement” it was stated that pupils are very proud of their school and this reflect in their excellent behaviour and positive attitude towards learning.

To be successful in your application you must be a confident NQT who has a demonstrable a "good" track record of teaching.  The school are keen to recruit a teacher a passionate individual  to inspiration and motivate a future generation

Responsibilities

As a KS2 teacher you will be expected and required to:

• Developing and implementing lessons and work schemes.
• Plan, prepare and teach exciting, challenging and engaging lessons
• Assess and record learning carried out by pupils
• Evaluate attainment and progression of pupils;
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with the school behaviour policy
