Flourish Education is currently working in partnership with an average sized school located in the Tamworth area to join their KS2 team. The role is due to begin after Easter and is expected to last for the full academic year.

The school is working hard to rapidly improve standards of teaching and learning throughout the school. Due to the circumstances of the school they are looking for an experienced Teacher therefore NQTs need not apply.

To apply to this role you will need the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – NQT’s are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience as a KS2 Teacher
• Passion for teaching
• Last 2 years of work references, one of which MUST be a teaching reference

Responsibilities:

• To plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in KS2
• Have a strong understanding of the KS2 Curriculum                   
• Create an inclusive learning environment, differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all the children in the class
• To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant
• To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
