Flourish Education are currently working with a medium sized “good” Ofsted graded primary and nursery school located in the Willenhall area.

The school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and innovative teacher who is a hard-working team player to join their EYFS teaching team. This role is to start after February half term up until the end of the academic year. This is a full time position.

The head teacher has instilled high expectations within the workforce and there is a strong culture of learning at the school.

The early year’s team has considerable enthusiasm and passion. Team members have made changes to the indoor and outdoor environment to better meet the needs of children. As a result of effective leadership and teaching, the proportion of children achieving a good level of development has risen for the past three years.

To be considered for this role you must possess Qualified Teacher Status or Early Years Teacher status.

• QTS (Qualified Teach Status) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
• Passion for teaching　
• To be an inspirational teacher, passing on your passion to other staff and pupils　
• To be committed to providing the best learning and teaching practices　
• High expectations of achievement and behaviour on yourself and others around you　
• Experience in EYFS

Responsibilities

As a Nursery teacher you will be expected to:

• Have up to date EYFS framework knowledge
• Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons to meet the National Curriculum standards
• Create an inclusive learning environment, differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all the children in the class.
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with the school behaviour policy
• Utilise your class teaching assistant effectively to ensure all children make progress
