Flourish Education large two form entry Primary School located in Cradley Heath. The school is described as ‘fun and wacky’ school and is rated as Outstanding!

Flourish Education are recruiting for a qualified Primary Teacher to work in the Early Year’s department in the schools Nursery and the Nursery Teacher to join the school on a long-term basis.

The Nursery is looking to be turned into a 2 session a day nursery and has the opportunity to turn into a permanent position for the right person. We are looking for a primary teacher that lives and breathes Nursery!

The Nursery Teacher role will start ASAP or after February half term.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Qualified Teacher Status, NQT’s are encouraged to apply. Early Years Teacher status also considered.
• Experience working in and or leading in Nursery
• High expectations of behaviour
• Experience of child-led open nurseries

Responsibilities

• To deliver creative and engaging lessons to the Early Years class
• To work in partnership with Nursery staff
• To effectively manage the behaviour of children
• Keeping learning flowing in a child-initiated environment
• Help to move the nursery into a 2 session a day nursery
