Our client, a Primary school and Nursery situated in north Worcestershire are seeking enthusiastic teaching assistants to join their team. The right candidate will be nurturing with the children’s best interests and wellbeing at the forefront of their thinking. Ideally the candidate will have experience working within a similar setting. The position will be working within the Early Years team, in both Nursery School and Reception classes.

To apply to this role you will need the following

·    Minimum NQV level 2

·    A good knowledge of Early Years curriculum

·    A nurturing personality

     Have good behaviour management skills

Responsibilities

As a teaching assistant you will be expected to:

·    Ability to work with enthusiasm and passion

·    Work on a one to one basis with children

·                 Working closely with the class teacher

·                 Be responsible for small group work
