Flourish Education is currently working with a two form primary school on the edge of south Birmingham who are looking to recruit an intervention teacher to start in September 2018. The school has a lovely rural backdrop and the outside space is something else.

The school is two forms and you will work within Lower KS2 on a part-time basis, likely to be morning’s only.

The staff at the school are very friendly and welcoming and you really do feel that from the moment you walk through the door.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Passion for teaching　
• To be an inspirational teacher, passing on your passion to other staff and pupils　
• To be committed to providing the best learning and teaching practices　
• High expectations of achievement and behaviour on yourself and others around you　
• Experience in Key Stage 2

Responsibilities

• To teach small groups of children
• To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant and the class teacher
• To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
