Flourish Education is working with a large three-form entry Primary School located in the Smethwick area of Birmingham. The school has a welcoming feel and the faculty are very supportive.

The school is actively recruiting for a Reception teacher to join the school on a long-term basis. The role includes planning and marking but, as it is a three-form entry school, the teachers often share resources. The role is looking to start after May half term and continue through the summer term to July.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Qualified Teacher Status, NQT’s are encouraged to apply. Early Years Teacher status also considered.
• Experience working in Reception or Nursery
• High expectations of behaviour

Responsibilities

• To deliver creative and engaging lessons to the Early Years class
• To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant
• To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
