Flourish Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary Academy in Castle Vale who are seeking to appoint an experienced School Business Manager on a long term basis until the end of the academic year.

To apply to this role you will need the following:

• Be able to plan strategically
• Confident and experienced in Financial Management
• Have previous HR experience
• Be able to provide whole school Administration to a high standard
• Be responsible for Marketing and Income Generation

You will be responsible for:

• Answering the schools telephone and dealing with enquiries
• Liaising with pupils and parents
• Management of Finances including maintenance of budgets, negotiating contracts and ensuring resources are used to their full potential
• Overseeing and supervising activities and employees
