Flourish Education are an Education recruitment specialist that cover the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. We are currently working with an academy in Redditch who are recruiting for a Science Teacher

The academy we are working with are very supportive and they are looking for somebody to join the team on a 1 year contract initially.

The role will be teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role will involve full planning and marking. The school are willing to take on NQTs and support them through their induction year.

To be considered for this position you will be:

• A Specialist Science
• Able to demonstrate working at secondary levels KS3,4 and 5.
• Able to demonstrate real value and talent in teaching this subject.
• Able to show a desire to get the best out of each pupil.
• Able to take initiative when working in a team or on your own

In return, we are offering a starting salary of up to £161 per day, Continued Professional Development, and the opportunity of working with a family run agency.
