Flourish Education are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant for a smaller than average Primary School located in Stafford. The class you will be based in has not been specified at this stage. This is a full time role that is due to start in March and is expected to last for the rest of the academic year.

The school was graded ‘good’ in their recent Ofsted report and boasts that the pupils have positive and mature attitudes. The proportion of pupils supported by the pupil premium is below average as is the children with the statement SEN.

To apply to this role you will need the following:

• Level 3 qualification or above
• Have at least 6 weeks experience as a Teaching Assistant within a UK Primary School
• Good behaviour management skills 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons to small groups of children
• Work closely with the class teacher
• Good knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 Curriculum
• Work with children with an enthusiasm for learning
