Flourish Education are working with a small 1 and a half form entry primary school in the Brierley Hill area of Dudley. The school is a pleasant and welcoming school with a low turnover of staff and children that are enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Flourish Education are recruiting for an Early Years/KS1NQT to join the school on a long-term basis. The role is to work with their small Year 1 class, the role may include some Reception children within the class. The role includes planning and marking and requires someone keen to be a part of the school team. The role is looking to start in September and continue through the whole 2018/2019 academic year.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Qualified Teacher Status, NQT’s only for this vacancy.
• Experience working in Reception or Nursery and KS1 for your placements.
• High expectations of behaviour and a willingness to be a part of the school team.

Responsibilities

• To deliver creative and engaging lessons to the Early Years/KS1 class
• Have a child-centred approach to learning, differentiating learning accordingly
• To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant
• To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
