Flourish Education are currently recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ Primary school based in Chelmsley Wood who are seeking to appoint an experienced Year 3 Teacher to start a long term position covering sick leave from September 2018.

The school are based in the heart of Chelmsley Wood, they have an excellent reputation and have recently had the school refurbished. They take a strong interest in catering for each individual child’s needs and in view of increasing pupil progress take the time out to speak to the children about what they would like to see around school.

They are also introducing a new Resource base from September.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Hold UK QTS (Strong NQTs are welcome to apply)
• Have previous experience working in Year 3
• Be able to provide a minimum of 2 years’ worth of good references
• Have a proven track record of producing creative and engaging lessons

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day to day running of your Year 3 class, covering sick leave for 3-6 weeks initially with the potential of that being extended.

You will be required to prep, plan and prepare engaging lessons that are up to a high standard.
