Flourish Education is currently working in partnership with a larger than average primary school, located in Lichfield. The school is currently looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their KS2 team on a full time long term basis.

The role is due to begin after the May half term and is expected to last for the full academic year with the view of going permanent in September.

The school was graded ‘GOOD’ in their latest Ofsted report and boasts an inclusive environment. The proportion of children with the statement of SEN is below the national average as are the number of children eligible for pupil premium.

To apply to this role you will need the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – NQT’s are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience as a KS2 Teacher
• Prior experience with the KS2 Curriculum
• Strong behaviour management
• Last 2 years of work references, one of which MUST be a teaching reference
• A passion for teaching

Responsibilities:

• To plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons to meet the national curriculum standards
• Have a strong understanding of the KS2 Curriculum                   
• Create an inclusive learning environment, differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all the children in the class
