Search jobsOur client, a friendly primary school in West Bromwich, are looking to recruit a Year 4 teacher for a full time, short term role. The role is due to start after Easter and last until half term.
The school is set in a culturally diverse area and the proportion of children who have EAL is much higher than average. Following their most recent Ofsted inspection, the school are looking to make improvements throughout and are looking for talented and motivated staff to allow them to achieve this.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the year 4 class on a full time basis. This role involves planning, marking and assessment. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and creative lesson ideas.
Good behaviour management is essential, whilst prior experience of working with classes with a high percentage of EAL children is a distinct advantage. This is a short term role so the candidate will need to build rapport quickly with the class to ensure that they make progress in this short space of time.
This role is open to both experienced teachers and NQT’s.
