Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Year 5 Class Teacher for a Primary school in Coventry. The school are looking for someone to join their team in February 2017, initially until the end of the Summer Term.

The school is a faith school, located in North Coventry with a supportive staff. It can be easily reached by public transport and is approximately a 15 minute drive from the city centre.

The role will be a whole class position, teaching Year 5. You will be expected to plan and mark; PPA time will be given in your timetable.

To be considered for the position you will:

• Have QTS and be able to demonstrate successful teaching experience in Upper KS2
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience of raising standards and achievement
• Have an excellent understanding of the new National Curriculum
• Be able to plan and deliver sequences of lessons to a very high standard
• Have strong behaviour management skills, following school policies
• Have high expectations for all pupils, ensuring that they strive to achieve their full potential
• Be supportive of the school’s ethos and keen to integrate into all aspects of school life
