Flourish Education are recruiting on behalf of our client, a ‘Good’ 3 form entry Primary School based in Saltley who are looking for a Full Time Primary Teacher to cover maternity for a Year 5 class.

The role will be starting immediately and is expected to run until the end of the current academic year. If you are an experienced KS2 Primary Teacher and looking for an exciting and rewarding challenge then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

To apply to this role you will need the following

• QTS or equivalent, NQT’s are encouraged to apply
• Experience teaching in KS2

• Be able to provide a minimum of two years’ worth of ‘Good’ references

Responsibilities

• Full class teacher duties
• Attend staff training, meetings and parent meetings
• To deliver creative and engaging lessons to the Year 5 class
• To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant
• To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
• To differentiate to accommodate all levels of learning
