Promotion Alert!
This week marks the start of the new academic year and what better way to start the new academic year than with some promotions!
We are proud to announce Glenn and Richard have been promoted and Jessie has passed her probation 2 months early!
Since joining us, Richard has used his previous experience as a teacher to understand his schools' and candidates' needs; matching the right candidate to the right school. He has also been managing our newest recruiter, Miah, teaching her best practices when it comes to education recruitment.
Glenn has been managing the Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire team for over a year now, taking Savvas and Rebecca under his wing as well as managing his busy Worcestershire desk. He has shown himself to be an effective team leader and recruiter.
Since joining us in February, Jessie has brought so much joy to the office. She has brought in some amazing new talent to the business, continued to improve our company culture and ensured the Flourish team are enjoying their time at work.
