At Flourish Education, we take pride in fostering growth within our team. It’s with great excitement that we celebrate the recent promotions of two of our team members.

We are thrilled to announce that Charly has been promoted to Secondary Recruitment Consultant! Charly was previously working as the applicant champion for the Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire team. In her new role, she’ll be focusing on placing exceptional teachers and cover supervisors into secondary schools across Birmingham and Solihull.

Another huge congratulations to our newly promoted Trainee Team Leader, Libby. Her leadership qualities, dedication to her team, and outstanding relationship-building skills with schools and educators alike have earned her this well-deserved promotion.
