At Flourish Education, we’re all about teamwork – and what better way to put that to the test than by swapping our desks for the battlefield? We recently ditched the laptops, grabbed our laser guns, and headed to Laser Conflict for an epic afternoon of action, laughter, and just a little bit of friendly fire!
We clocked off, piled into cars, and made our way to the combat zone. The excitement was real as we arrived at Laser Conflict, ready to battle it out in Capture the Flag, Kill of the Hill, and Space Invaders. The game plan? Give it our all, have a laugh, and see who had the best battle cry!
Once the whistle blew, chaos (the fun kind) erupted! Some of us went full action hero mode, while others took a more ‘tactical’ (a.k.a. hiding behind barricades) approach. There were sneaky flanks, last-minute flag captures, and plenty of dramatic defeats.
Turns out, we have some unexpected sharpshooters in the team! After an adrenaline-packed hour of combat, we were exhausted but buzzing from the fun. Safe to say, we left it all on the battlefield.
What We Learned from Our Laser Battle:
- Teamwork is everything – whether in recruitment or combat, working together is key!
- Communication is crucial – clear instructions (and some well-timed battle cries) make all the difference.
- Not everyone is a stealth ninja – some of us prefer the ‘charge in and hope for the best’ approach…
- Getting a little muddy is totally worth it – we left tired, happy, and already planning the next adventure.
