Over the years, we’ve grown into a vibrant and mission-led organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in classrooms and communities.

Reflecting on the Milestone
To celebrate the occasion, our Managing Director, Grant Taylor, brought the whole team together for a special anniversary meal. It was an evening filled with laughter, reflection, and appreciation for how far we’ve come. Grant shared:

Adding to the celebrations, our Birmingham Branch Manager, Jo, shared a heartfelt tribute:
“I just want to take a moment to recognise a very special milestone, 15 years since Grant set up Flourish Education.
What started as one person’s vision has grown into something that’s made a real difference, not just to schools and educators, but to all of us who’ve been lucky enough to be part of the journey.
