Last Friday, the Flourish Education team gathered in Bristol for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). The day provided an opportunity to review our performance over the past academic year, outline our priorities for the year ahead and reinforce our commitment to providing a reliable, high-quality service to schools and education professionals across the West Midlands.
A Year of Growth, Recognition and Togetherness
The past 12 months have been a year of incredible progress. From supporting thousands of teachers, teaching assistants and schools across the West Midlands to welcoming new team members, the AGM gave us the chance to reflect on everything we’ve achieved.
We celebrated:
- Achieving strong feedback from both schools and candidates
- Over 30% of our team has been promoted in the last 12 months
- Growing our internal team and expanding into new areas
- 100% of our employees stated that Flourish Education is a great place to work

After receiving 100% in our APSCo Compliance+ audit for the fourth year running, we remain committed to safeguarding, best practice recruitment and industry compliance at all stages of the hiring process.
