As 2025 comes to a close and the autumn term wraps up, we took the opportunity to celebrate together at our Team Flourish Christmas party.
The autumn term is always one of our busiest periods. From supporting schools with last-minute early morning bookings to securing long-term placements that make a real difference in classrooms, it’s been a full-on few months for the entire team. That’s why it felt especially important to pause, reflect, and enjoy some well-earned time together.
Our Christmas party was a chance to step away from the phones and laptops, swap recruitment updates for festive conversations, and celebrate the collective effort that keeps everything moving. Behind every booking, placement, and successful match is a team that genuinely cares about supporting schools and education professionals — and it was fantastic to recognise that.

As we celebrate, we also want to say a sincere thank you to the schools, teachers, teaching assistants and support staff we work with across the Midlands and beyond.
Your dedication, flexibility and hard work do not go unnoticed. Every day, you make a difference to pupils and school communities, and we’re proud to play a small part in supporting you.
We’re incredibly grateful for the trust you place in us, whether that’s for a same-day supply booking or a long-term staffing partnership.
