Congratulations on Your Promotions
A huge congratulations to Georgia, Hayley and Hina on their recent promotions.
Georgia has recently moved from our Secondary team into her new role as a Recruitment Consultant within the Primary team, covering Walsall and Wolverhampton. This transition reflects both her experience and her ability to build strong relationships with schools and candidates. Her consultative approach and understanding of local schools ensure she continues to match the right candidates to the right environments where they will thrive.
Hayley and Hina have been promoted to Senior Compliance Administrators. Their ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance plays a vital role in everything we do. Their attention to detail and dedication ensure that every candidate we place is fully vetted and ready to support schools with confidence.
These promotions reflect the consistent contribution each of them has made and the important role they play within the team.
Well Done on Passing Probation
We are also thrilled to congratulate Charly and Miah on successfully passing their probation.
Since joining the business in Recruitment Consultant roles, both have shown great commitment, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for supporting candidates and schools. Over the course of their probation, it became clear that their strengths and interests are particularly aligned with the candidate side of the business.
Following this, Charly and Miah have transitioned into Candidate Care roles, where they can focus on building relationships with our candidates, supporting them through their journey and ensuring they are placed into schools where they will truly thrive.
By recognising their strengths, we have been able to support Charly and Miah in moving into roles where they can add even greater value and continue to develop their careers.
