What Is Our 100-Day Plan?
Our 100-day plan is a tailored onboarding and development programme created to support every new member of the Flourish team through their first few months with us.
Rather than expecting new starters to “figure it out as they go”, we provide structured training, regular support and clear development goals to help you grow in confidence and capability.

What Happens During the First 100 Days?
Week 1: Welcome to the Flourish Team
Your first week is all about getting to know the business, the team and our culture.
You’ll learn about:
- Our core values and vision
- How we support schools and candidates
- Our systems and recruitment processes
- Safeguarding and compliance standards
- The education recruitment market across the West Midlands
Most importantly, you’ll start building relationships with your team. At Flourish Education, success is achieved as a collective and collaboration is a huge part of our culture.
Weeks 2–4: Learning the Flourish Way
During your first month, you’ll begin comprehensive recruitment training tailored to your previous experience and career pathway.
This includes:
- Candidate attraction and interviewing
- Building relationships with schools
- Safeguarding and compliance processes
- Understanding the education sector
- Managing bookings and vacancies
- Communication and negotiation skills
- CRM and recruitment systems training
You’ll also spend time shadowing experienced consultants and learning how we build long-term partnerships with schools and candidates through a consultative approach.
Ongoing Support and Mentoring
