Secondary Recruitment Consultant -The Black Country

I’m passionate about education and the positive impact it can have on young people’s lives. Having worked as a PE teacher, I understand firsthand the pressures and rewards of working in schools. Now, in my role as a Recruitment Consultant, my goal is to support secondary schools across The Black Country by helping them find dedicated, high-quality teaching staff who can make a real difference in the classroom.

Before joining the Flourish Education team, I worked as a PE teacher in a range of secondary schools across Birmingham – many of which I was introduced to through Flourish! My experience on the ground has given me valuable insight into the challenges teachers face and the importance of finding the right fit between staff and school. I use that understanding daily to connect The Black Country secondary schools with passionate educators.
