Building Positive School Culture: With Staff, Parents & Pupils at the Heart
Schools are facing increasing pressure around attendance, staff wellbeing and parental trust, and in that context, school culture matters more than ever.
On Wednesday 28th January, we were delighted to welcome school and trust leaders to this insightful free roundtable conversation exploring what thriving school culture really looks like, and how to build one that places pupils, parents and staff at the heart.
Headteacher Luke Payton, Principal of Saint Augustine’s Catholic High School and Sixth Form, shared how he reshaped the culture of a high-performing school, re-engaged staff and parents, and maintained exceptional academic standards.
