I really enjoy working with primary teachers, teaching assistants and support staff across Warwickshire and helping them find opportunities that suit their experience, personality and lifestyle. Before joining Flourish Education, I worked at Starbucks, where I spent every day speaking to people, building rapport and making sure customers received a brilliant service. That experience taught me how important it is to be approachable, reliable and attentive to the little details. When I came in for my interview at Flourish and met the team, I could tell straight away that it was somewhere I would fit in. The friendly atmosphere and people-focused approach felt like the perfect match.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends and family. Whether we are going out for food, catching up over coffee or just having a relaxed weekend together.
