As Applicant Champion, I’m here to support passionate educators on their journey to finding fulfilling roles in schools that align with their values, skills and career goals. I specialise in supporting secondary school teachers and support staff across Birmingham, as well as primary teachers and teaching assistants (TAs) across Walsall, Wolverhampton and Warwickshire.

I love getting to know every candidate I work with, learning what motivates them and what they’re looking for – whether that’s day-to-day flexibility, long-term opportunities or something more permanent. My approach is always people-first, ensuring you feel valued and fully supported throughout the recruitment process.

Before joining Flourish Education, I recruited in the health and social care sector, where I developed a strong understanding of the challenges professionals face in people-focused roles. That experience has shaped my approach to recruitment – it’s about listening, championing individuals, and making meaningful connections that last.

Outside of work, I’m usually lifting weights at the gym or curled up on the sofa with a good book.
