I’m passionate about connecting talented secondary school teachers and support staff with Birmingham schools that need top-tier educators. Building strong relationships with both schools and candidates is at the heart of what I do, ensuring the best possible matches that benefit everyone involved.

I have worked in recruitment for the last two years and absolutely love it! Before joining Flourish Education, I was recruiting in the health and social care sector. The challenges faced by candidates in both healthcare and education are very similar, so I’m excited to apply my experience to help passionate teachers and cover supervisors find their ideal roles.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me either at the gym or curled up on the sofa with my cat, Dexter, binge-watching my latest TV obsession.
