I have worked in recruitment for the last 2 years and I love it! I was previously recruiting for the health and social care sector before moving to Flourish. The healthcare and education sectors both have similar challenges for candidates, so I’m excited to apply my previous experience to help passionate teachers and cover supervisors find their dream roles!

When I’m not at work you can find me at the gym or curled up on the sofa with my cat, Dexter, binge-watching a TV series.
