Customer Service Policy Statement

At Flourish Education we endeavour to provide you with the best possible service at all times. If you would like to make any comments, suggestions, raise a query or make a complaint about the service you have received, please contact us, our contact details are set out below. We will respond to your query within 3 - 5 working days.

Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Policy Statement

It is the policy of Flourish Education to provide and maintain a healthy and safe environment for all Staff, Temporary Workers, Candidates and Visitors and Flourish Education is committed to minimising the risk of contracting an infectious disease. Data Protection Policy Statement

Flourish Education believes all children have the right to be protected, be safe from harm and well cared for. Renewal of Policies

Flourish Education will renew both internal and external policies annually, unless there are any imminent updates.

Allegations and Misconduct Policy

Flourish Education LTD  follow stringent quality guidelines and takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that all candidates deployed to it’s Client schools maintain the highest standards of professional and personal conduct. Our stringent vetting procedures ensure that any candidate found to have a history of unacceptable conduct or practice, will not be offered work through us.
