What Qualifications, Qualities and Experience Do I Need to Work as an Early Years Teaching Assistant?
To work as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will need one of the following relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Practitioner
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Children’s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator)
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care
