Flourish Education have provided schools across the West Midlands with teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors and other support staff for permanent, long term and day-to-day positions since year 2010. Grant and Louise wanted to focus on the service they could provide from the start, rather than concentrate on the bottom line. Everyone at Flourish Education believes that we're a competitive teacher agency, built to make the recruitment process more convenient and transparent. We all strive hard to give schools the best candidates and go that extra mile.
I joined Flourish Education in October 2017. Prior to this I had been a manager within a hospitality and special events company. Taking time to reflect and decide want I really want to do has led me to changing direction and moving into a more challenging but fulfilling career.
I love to see people succeed and achieve their wishes which also motivates me. I love meeting new people and learning their stories and in turn there is nothing better than leaving a positive impact.
I love that Flourish Education is a family run business and that I am surrounding by such a lovely bunch of caring people. The team here make you feel like family and their efforts within their own roles inspire me to learn more.
I can help find my candidates roles through the positive relationships I have developed with my schools in the areas that I cover.
Teaching and non-teaching staff within the Black Country and surrounding areas.
My advice for candidates is that anything is achievable if you believe in yourself and put your mind to it. Be consistent, tenacious and never give up.
I have a keen interest in languages and foreign cultures which has led to me travelling around many parts of the world. I love to explore the cities of Europe and learn about different traditions. When I’m not travelling I love to take my Labrador on long walks.
