I love helping secondary teachers, teaching assistants and support staff across Coventry and Warwickshire find roles where they feel happy, confident and supported. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than helping an educator find a role that feels like the right fit. I really enjoy getting to know my candidates, understanding what matters to them and matching them with schools where they can thrive and make a real difference.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked in education recruitment, so I already knew how rewarding the sector could be. Moving to Flourish has given me the opportunity to build strong relationships with secondary schools across Coventry and Warwickshire while supporting educators in finding their dream roles. I find it extremely fulfilling to know that the right match can make such a positive difference for both the school and the person walking through the door.

Outside of work, I love exploring Brum and finding new places to eat, drink and visit. I also enjoy spending time with my partner and making the most of everything Birmingham has to offer.
