Bonus for Teachers with Full Class Responsibilities – £250*

Earn £250 when you:

• Work full-time (5 days a week)
• Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning lessons, marking work, assessing progress and tracking pupil development
• Complete 30 consecutive working days in the same placement
• Start your placement within 2 months of completing our registration process
• Note: Holidays or non-working days will not count towards the 30 days

This bonus only applies to qualified teaching positions where full responsibility is taken within the classroom.

Bonus for SEN Teaching Assistants – £150*

Earn £150 when you:

• Work full-time (5 days a week)
• Are placed in a specialist SEN Teaching Assistant role
• Complete 30 consecutive working days in the same placement
• Start your role within 2 months of completing our registration process
• Note: Days off or holidays do not count towards the 30-day total

This bonus is designed to reward the incredible work SEN Teaching Assistants do supporting children with additional needs in schools and nurseries across the West Midlands.
