I am passionate about ensuring that our teachers, teaching assistants, and non-teaching staff can get into work as quickly and smoothly as possible. My goal is to support candidates through the compliance process, making it as seamless and stress-free as I can. By keeping everything organised and efficient, I help talented professionals start making a difference in schools as soon as possible.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked as a compliance administrator in the automotive industry for three years. This experience gave me a strong understanding of the importance of rigorous safeguarding and compliance checks. I now apply that knowledge to my role here, ensuring that all candidates meet the highest standards before starting work in schools. From chasing references to processing DBS applications, I am committed to keeping everything on track and ensuring full compliance.

I currently handle compliance for Courtney, Rebecca, Paige, Savvas, and Richard—supporting their candidates through each stage of the process.

Outside of work, I love exploring the West Midlands in search of the latest street food trends. Whether it’s a new pop-up or a hidden gem, I enjoy discovering exciting flavours and sharing recommendations with friends and family.
