As Talent Acquisition Manager, my passion lies in connecting brilliant people with brilliant opportunities. I’m committed to strengthening Flourish Education’s employer brand, driving engagement and retention, and making sure we continue to be an employer of choice for those seeking a meaningful and rewarding career in education recruitment.

I bring over 14 years of recruitment experience to the table and I can confidently say – it’s still in my bones! From advising businesses on their employer value proposition to helping them stand out in competitive talent markets, I’ve always been drawn to shaping strong, people-first cultures. Now, I’m proud to be doing just that in-house at Flourish – supporting our continued growth while helping our team thrive both professionally and personally.

Alongside my Talent role, I also support our secondary schools and academies across the Black Country. I use my in-depth recruitment experience and local knowledge to provide a tailored, consultative service – taking time to understand each school’s unique needs and culture to match them with top teaching talent.

When I’m not championing talent or supporting schools, you’ll find me with my seven-year-old son exploring local animal sanctuaries – he’s completely animal mad. I also have a real passion for sewing and I’m a self-confessed Liberty fabric addict! Designing whimsical children’s clothing and crafting home furnishings is my creative outlet.
