Flourish Education are working with a mainstream primary school in Coseley in Wolverhampton, to recruit exclusively for a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant with good behaviour management skills.

This role is to work one to one with a child in Reception class with challenging behaviour. The child will excel with an experienced teaching assistant who has a calm and patient nature.

The role is required to start as soon as possible.

To apply to this role you will need the following

• Relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
• At least 1 year of experience within Primary Schools
• Experience of a teaching assistant role
• Extensive experience of working with children with Special Needs in particular Behaviour Difficulties
• Experience of working on a 1:1 basis
• A good reference from your most recent school
• Good behaviour management

Responsibilities

• To work on a 1:1 basis with a child with Behaviour difficulties
• To effectively manage the behaviour and routines of the child
• Encourage child’s development and improve their access to the curriculum
