Job Description

Flourish Education is recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant to work full-time in a one-form entry primary school in the Wolverhampton area, starting from September until December – with the potential to extend in the new year. This full-time Admin role is Monday to Friday, working hours of 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.

The main responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to the team, organising departmental offices, monitoring emails, and assisting with the preparation of complex forms. Previous school experience is expected with this role, as well as a thorough understanding of SIMS or Bromcom.

Required Skills and Experience for this Admin Assistant role:

  • Previous experience working as an administrator/ receptionist within a school
  • Excellent IT skills – with the ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Clear understanding of school data systems, policies and procedures
  • An understanding of the principles of Data Protection
  • Previous experience with SIMS or Bromcom
