Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for an experienced School Administrator for a Primary School in Rugby, starting in September.

The school is dedicated to nurturing capable, compassionate, and confident students by providing a safe and encouraging environment where everyone can flourish

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, on a long-term basis until December 2026. The hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm

Responsibilities as a School Administrator will include:
Greeting visitors and assisting with front-of-house enquiries
Answering and directing telephone calls
Inputting and updating school data systems
Supporting attendance, admissions and general school administration processes

Required Skills and Experience:
A clear understanding of school data systems, school policies and procedures
Previous experience working in an administrative role within a school.
Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

£99.71 day rate to £112.00 day rate which equates to £19,443.45 per annum to £21,840.00 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year dependent on experience
