Job Description

Flourish Education are currently recruiting for an experienced School Business Manager to work in a popular, two-form entry Primary school in the Cradley Heath area.

This role is only suitable for those who have previous experience as a School Business Manager. The duties of the role involve both parental interactions and working to support the Senior Leadership Team to report on finance related matters. Experience working with Health and Safety process and the financial records for the school would be essential.

Our client requires a qualified School Business Manager to work on a full time basis. This Business Manager role is from Monday – Friday 08.00am – 16:00pm (37hrs per week). It is a long term supply role but for the right candidate could lead to a Permanent role.

Required Skills and Experience for this School Business Manager role:

  • Previous experience working as a School Business Manager within a school
  • Strong IT Skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office
  • A clear understanding of school data systems, school policies and procedures
  • A clear understanding of the principles of Data Protection
  • Previous experience managing staff and working with other team members
  • Experience using Arbor and Access systems preferred

  • Competitive salary - Day rate up to £150 which equates to an annual salary of £29,250 per annum, based on working 5 days per week.
