Search jobsFlourish Education are seeking to recruit a Teacher of Chemistry to Key stage 3 and 4 for a long term position to start in January. Our school is a co-educational Academy for 11-18 year olds, based in Wolverhampton. Since becoming an Academy, the school roll has increased both in the School and Sixth form. This school strives for high academic standards and ensure all students make progress in their time with the school. Their GCSE results are above National Average and they are proud of their A Level succession into University. They wish to provide a supporting learning environment for students with the use of a house system, personal tutors and comfortable bases for non-teaching periods.
They seek a teacher who will demonstrate a passion for Science, have the ability to inspire students and have an awareness of curriculum developments in Biology, Chemistry and Physics across key stages 3 and 4. The ability to offer Chemistry to key stage 5 will be an asset to the department. You will either be QTS or NQT with qualifications so as to be able to teach Science in a secondary school and experience teaching Science to Key stage 3 and 4.
