Are you looking for a flexible Cover Supervisor role in an OFSTED-rated GOOD Secondary School in Edgbaston? Job Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the National Curriculum
  • Supervise classes and manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Support pupils with their learning, ensuring high engagement and participation
  • Provide cover across a range of subjects within the Secondary School
  • Adapt to different school environments with professionalism and enthusiasm

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience as a Cover Supervisor
  • Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and aspiring Supply Teachers
  • Excellent subject knowledge across the National Curriculum
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passion for supporting pupils in Secondary Education

Working as a Cover Supervisor for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:

This Cover Supervisor position is based in Edgbaston, which is easily commutable from Harborne, Moseley, Selly Oak, Kings Heath, Bearwood and Bournville. The Secondary School offers excellent transport links across Birmingham and has onsite parking available.
